Phil English from Eisenhower H.S. in Yakima Washington was just voted the National Girls XC Coach of the Year. Pat Tyson, the Mead Coach also from the state of Washington, with all of his State Boys Titles has to be right up there.
How about east of the Mississippi? South of the Rio Grande? How about fifty-three miles SSW of Dead Pecker Ridge, Pennsylvania?

Well that is clearly Johnny Lee Fairweather the 3rd of SSW Dead Pecker Ridge High.
I gotta go with the coaches at Elko High School in Nevada. They continuously turn out sub 5 minute milers every year--like a factory--very impressive.
You're bumping up a 19 year old thread for some school just because they produce sub5 minute milers?
There are so many better factors to look for ya dunce.
They have an almost 100% graduation rate as well.
Many all conference runners
None of their runners have ever been accused of using PED's
