If mo wins this we can safely assume his 5/10 will also be lowered this year because to win this he will have to run sub 59. With that strength we know he will them lower his pr's in all events.

Would be interesting if it went out at sub 59 pace

It might need a WR to beat Farah on home soil, providing the weather plays ball. March in Cardiff could be nasty, wet, cold, windy.
Cardiff resident all my life, the weather might be as you describe but much more likely to be about 10C and mild.
Hence my "could be". Give me a cheer as I shuffle past. If all goes to plan I should be just about 30mins behind Mo...
Mo has fared well in all of his halfs. His one full marathon wasn't great but that may have been a fluke. I believe he will go top three at least and like 58:40

Thank you for describing all of England.
Has Kamworor ever beaten Mo?

Thank you for describing all of England.
Remind me which country Cardiff is in again? (Hint, it's not England...)

Cymru
Nope , they met 3 times so far n the score is 3 :0
2011 pre classic 10k
2015 pre classic 10k
World championship Bejin 2015
Should be a good race. The times may be great but I could see the first 5-10k being slow. That happened the year ZT won and Ritz took 3rd in 60:00. First 5k was easy and then ZT took off and Ritz battled the Kenyans for the medals.
I could see GK waiting a while and putting on a big move like Bekele did against Farah and HG

Isn't it a bit funny that most on here don't give Mo a shot (obviously not direct at you, Tony)? Remember in 2015 when Kam said he would force the pace over 10k to see what Mo was made of? Seems Mo lead a lot in that race. I give Mo the edge. Whatever the case, it'll be on hell of a race.
Sure, I am ready wrote:

That would be a terrible strategy and he'd lose with no doubt.
Not surprised at all, Mo Farah is probably the most hated runner in the history of this website LOL.... But you are right , it will be one hell of a race for sure can't wait #OneMoMile
