I make it a habit to shower at least once a week, whether I need to or not.

Sunscreen. Regular dental care and some whitening strips work wonders. Wash your face thoroughly every night. Clip ear and nose hair if necessary. Get a haircut on a regular basis to avoid that messy "growing down the neck" look. Wear something besides running shoes and sweatshirts. Stand up straight and suck in your stomach. Walk with a purpose. Make eye contact and smile. Give all this a try - you'd be surprised what a difference it will make. (I'm an old guy and I speak from experience).

Sometimes I put clothes on, but the ladies always seem to take them off.

You may look attractive to a certain type but definitely not to others. -

Be confident in yourself and have a sense of humour without being a jer*.
Of course this assumes the basics are in place such as hygiene, literacy and common courtesy etc. Trust me, it goes a long way and often all the way! -

A nice watch can be an attention-getter, but not a fit-bin thing or iCrap. Something like an older bulova spaceview, or maybe a dive watch.

Also, try to have foreign currency in your wallet, if you carry one. Always looks good to have a few Euros or Quetzals or something.
