This. Sleep is nature's doping. Training twice a day, napping and getting plenty of sleep at night = 4 big hits of HGH every single day.I read an article in the past (might have been Runner's World) that Tiger Woods only slept about 5 hours per night...no wonder the guy's body totally fell apart.

Getting lots of sleep greatly helps the body produce HGH. Taking a nap during the afternoon also gives the body a second shot of internally produced HGH. All LRC'ers should know this by now.
High end models, the ones making millions a year, also sleep a lot and drink lots of water.
