I'm considering increasing my volume (miles per week). There are days on which I am only able to do a PM run.
Here is my current schedule:
Monday: PM easy 10 miles
Tuesday: AM easy 4 miles, PM 8-mile progression run (I start above MP and finish at LT pace)
Wednesday: PM easy 2 miles to warm up, then 16x200m
Thursday: AM easy 8 miles, PM 4-mile LT workout
Friday: AM easy 4 miles, PM 8-mile progression run
Saturday: PM easy 10 miles
Sunday: Long run 14 miles
That yields 74 miles. If I can increase the duration of some of my easy runs, that'll allow me to increase my mileage. So I'm wondering, does anyone here make any of their NON-long-run easy runs longer than 10 miles?
