Like say in London or New York. It would look great on your resumé. BUT it would involve a long commute and long hours, and running twice a day would be nearly impossible. However, it's only a hobby at the end of the day, so head for the bright lights?
The alternative is a different job (same field) in a smaller city, that would give the same satisfaction and have a superior work/life balance, and due to lower rent you wouldn't be any worse off financially. 9-5 gig so no excuse not to train hard. BUT, you wouldn't develop a large network of associates for career advancement down the line.

And because it is somewhat relevant, 32-33min 10k runner here, although if I apply myself and stay injury free sub 31 is not beyond the bounds of possibility.
