Leave food on my plate at every meal. Portion control and avoid eating once satisfied. Eat only what is needed to maintain energy for life and workouts.
Strongly support this guy. Cut down beverage calories where you can. No extras after dinner. It is OK to leave the dinner table without feeling like you you couldn't have another bite. And just eat solid, whole foods (not processed junk).
Don't put too much thought into it or you will go crazy. All the calorie counting isn't necessary. Take more of that thought process and put it into your training and focus on running.
