Well my toes get worse with each run . Blisters, bloody , calussed, the whole works. They're so sore I can't even sleep with a blanket over them. Has anyone ever had this problem before and if so what do you do?

Perhaps you should go shopping for different shoes.

Better yet, ditch the shoes! I had this issue and couldn't break 18 for the 5k, ditched my shoes, and I just ran a 14:02 for the 5k.
Damn bro you need more room in the toe box.
See a pedicurist.
I'm guessing a bit here, but it looks like you have a narrow foot and to compensate to get the fit you like in the rest of your foot, you are buying shoes that are too small. Your toes get jammed against the front of the toe box and/or the top of the toe box with each step.
In the shoe you are currently wearing, you need to go up a half size to a full size. If the shoe feels too big, wear a thicker sock. A thicker sock is like making your foot wider.
You should also consider a different shoe with more toe box.
Another possibility, although it's not likely as what I just mentioned, is that you wearing your shoes too loosely tied. Your foot would then jam forward with each step, jamming the toes. A way to snug your heel into the rear of the shoe so it doesn't slide is called "butterfly lacing." Look for a video on Runners World or YouTube to see what that's like.
Of course, you could be doing both... wearing a shoe that is a half to full size too small AND not lacing it snugly enough. Your foot would still slide inside the shoe, causing the problems you are experiencing.
Short Answer: Your shoes are too small.
Runner998 - question for you. I am experiencing similar problems, but have been attributing it to a big increase in mileage the last few months. Aside from bandaids, what do you put around your toes when you go for a run? I haven't had much success with bandaids, so I was wondering if there was anything else folks were using.

Bandaids with athletic tape wrapped all the way around have always worked for me.
1 - Shoes are too small
2 - You might be contracting your toes while running. Try to relax them.
Now to cure your toes, just seach on youtube.
