1) do any of you know who Pascal Dobert is? Not like he does not know running.
2) Part of what I got was that the workout can be done anywhere so it is good for athletes traveling.
3) Not really seeing the power development though.
4) as I watched further, some seemed a bit awkward and I was not getting the purpose.
There is a growing body of research and evidence (best practices) showing improvements in running economy from explosive weight training (Olympic lifts, plyos).
