with the claim:
"Pascal Dobert, strength conditioning coach for Nike's Bowerman Track Club, takes you through this two-part strength routine that he uses to condition Nike's top athletes."
It features Evan and Emily, who look like they are doing the routine for the first time, as Pascal is often correcting them on technique. I find it hard to believe that this is the typical strength training routine of these athletes.
