I just did tomorrow morning's workout today, I already ran 80 miles next week, and I did my next 5k PR last weekend. Not bragging -- I had no choice, because my awesomeness could not be contained by conventional past-present-future limits.

Sitting on the train (735pm) completing the 1.5 hour commute home. Would like to run but heartburn from pizza at work may stop me.
15 mpw tops.
Married, no kid's, $110k, no energy or desire to train
Was happier making $20k and running 70 mpw.

i'm guessing you don't live in Truckee.
5:54am here. Just finished a 6 mile easy run. Always like kicking my Fridays off with an easy run! Enjoy your runs today, everyone!
8:30AM meeting means no run this morning. Up at 5am to get ready to commute. Will have to fit in my 2 x 2 mi at lunch or after work today. That's life, gotta be flexible.
I read the first page, and couldn't believe what I was seeing.
I begin to fall apart with less than 8 hours of sleep, and will actually get sick during the winter months with less than that.
How much sleep do you guys get?
WOW.... multiple kids who are able to tend to themselves for a couple hours or the wife does it for you AND a full time 40 hour week! I hit 40 hours part way through day four of a 5 to 6 day week.

Maybe you should see if the "furniture mover" is looking for a roommate. 15 hours a week in travel for 110k there's more to life then $$$$ Or get off the train further from home and get some miles bro.
5:45AM here. Just got done banging the wife of a skinny-fat runner dude who's so obsessed with his awesomeness that he runs every morning and then comes home to post online about how great he is.
I'll get my 5 miles in running home from your house. Be back same time tomorrow.
PS - congrats on that PR!

Don't understand the first part. But, I like the idea of getting off early and running to the next stop on the train. I used to do this on the bike, but winter happened. Looks like there are 3 or 4 different places i can do this for some variety of 5-8 miles.
I'll have to gameplan a little better of what I'll do with clothes/work stuff but this is a good start..
Thanks
