Lagat ran 3:26. Cheserek was toasted in a 1500m around 3:36-38 last year at the end of his season and he then struggled in a Euro 3k and closed his season. But with Jenkins at 13:07 right off the bat, you'd think that Cheserek would have the ability to run sub 13 next year or the year after. There haven't been a lot of opportunities to do that (maybe Kejelcha will start pushing these times after his breakthrough, who knows?), however, and Cheserek has not shown the ability to run on his own.
