Where's Doubler when you need him?

Ummmm. That guy was one of the trolls only out to get Mike Rossi. He set up his Rossi blog and then when everything blew over, he stopped.
Folks, report your concerns about this runner and result by emailing
This address connects directly to the timer responsible for the Marine Corps Marathon timing and results. They DO disqualify course cutters if brought to their attention promptly after the race.
He clearly is innocent, proven by his fast times in the beginning while hitting all the mats. Just like some other great athlete I know (no names please, or the trolls would explode).

Email sent to any email address I could find related to Marine Corps Marathon.
Just the facts laid out. We shall see if they do anything about it.
At what point do I contact BAA? After knowing if MCM would disqualify him from the 2014 race, since this is what he used to qualify for Boston 2016?
Everyone calm down. You're all crazy internet people. I stand by Price and Rossi.
Plus, I'm sure Barb McKeever will help in any way possible.

Good.
and:
registration@baa.orgWhat does "just missed the opportunity to compete for the Olympic team" mean? He is nowhere to be found in the 92 or 96 trials heats or finals, or in any other 5000m results in that time frame.
Also, no Greg Price results in any of the Country Music Marathon races since 2011 that I could find (picture in the article shows him wearing the bib).

The other Greg Price. Can anyone verify this? The fanny pack does give it away but he claims he almost made the Olympic team. Read more here. Forget the MCM cheater. This story is even more interesting.

Whoa, whoa -- holy shit. This is crazy nonsense.
First off, he's the same age I am (it says he's 41), and I graduated high school in 1992. There was no one in my graduating class who was trying out for the Olympics, I'm quite positive.
1996 would have been our senior year of college. Again, I think we would have heard about this guy if he was that close to making the team. There is no evidence he ran in the trials, so I'm not sure what kind of "alternate" he was.
Further, that other article says he played college tennis and then turned professional. How did he balance college tennis with his near-Olympic running career, I wonder?
And finally, look at him.
Oh, my God this is incredible! He was an "alternate" for the 1996 Olympic Team in the 5000! Which is funny since they did take the fourth-place finisher, Jim Spivey, in 1996. Also he was apparently trying to qualify for the Olympics in 1992 as 17 or 18 year old. I'm surprised you hadn't heard about this phenom.
Yes. His age doesn't match with 92 or 96 Olympics.
And can someone please explain what a "pacing partner" do? Greg Price says he was chosen as an alternate on the Olympic team AND he paced Bob Kennedy.
Also what in the hell is USATF Endurance championship?
He is up there with Kip Litton. This is beyond MCM cheater Gregory Price and Rossi.
Contact Info for the MCM: Get the word to them as well regarding his serial marathon cheating.
The Baltimore Sun would probably run the article if they can connect with the MCM management and determine he did in fact cheat all these years.

Already checked it out. he isn't in the results:
http://www.northcoast24.medinacountyroadrunners.com/Guy's a joke. He doesn't exist.
here's another article. I know this isn't about the OP's G.P., but it is kind of fascinating to me:
In the last ten years the sport of running has gone through a bit of a renaissance, from the paint runs, and the mud runs, the sport of running has changed, something that Price welcomes.
“What’s really cleaver is the way the race organizers are keeping people engaged and how they pull people in that normally see running as boring,†Price said. “They have made races fun, with all the paint and crazy outfits that people are wearing. I think its great whatever you need to do to get people to participate.â€
Currently Price is in training for the Unites States of America Track and Field Endurance Championships this fall in Cleveland, Ohio. Finishing in the top six in the event will qualify Price for a sport on the USATF World Championship Team. Price will continue his training and decide in August if he will accept the invitation to compete in Cleveland.

2 articles on this guy from the paper. One says he was a 'pacing partner' for the 10,000m 1996 trials (what in the f#ck is a pacing partner), and the other article says he was an alternate for 1996 Olympics in the 5000m and trained in Colorado with Bob Kennedy.....

Ummm, OP you shouldn't have to contact BAA or MCM. Doesn't anyone from those events surf LR message boards regularly. There is enough info on this thread already to make an investigation real easy.
Also, can you people take the "Troy" Greg Price to another thread; it is diluting and confusing to the focus on the MCM Greg Price.
Thanks much.
He appears to be a "doctor" too. I don't know of what though. Maybe MA in liberal arts at Harvard confer such title?

Makes you wonder about his work resume. Hello, Troy University?
seems like the MCM G Price has run enough MCMs and Bostons that somebody in DC roadrunners etc. somewhere has got to know this guy

Actually, he does look a little bit like Spivey in this photo
