as far as NYC being awful the public schools are. But the city schools are not invited to the real state meet as you call I and are treated like second class citizens at the track state meet (they're all grouped as large schools as well)As stated earlier should Farrell, Collegiate, Fordham Prep and other city schools be denied a chance to race the upstate schools? I can't figure out why St Anthony's and Chaminade are considered city schools.
.There exclusion is why they have a federation meet. The big question might be why do the upstate powerful schools choose not to go to Bowdoin for the meet on the 21st? I know it's close to the NXN or footlocker meets but the California schools have to race like this every year.
We all know how the system works, I think FM will bounce back from this disappointment.
