If Nike doesn't happen, I'd expect Asics, as Ryan Hall is done and they own the LA marathon. Good opportunity to promote 'their' athlete to get people to run their event the day after the trials.

I think Skechers is a likely possibility. Adidas also possible. Please, not Nike.
Skechers is the brand for 2015 LA Marathon, not ASICS...

Whoops. Well then I'd say Skechers is frontrunner behind Nike.

Agreed, either Adidas or Skechers.

It will be Nike. Uncle Phil takes care of his Ducks.
You need to keep up better.
Where was Uncle Phil when Nike dropped him after one marathon.
Zero loyalty. Disgraceful brand with poor quality shoes.
I don't know what company will sign him, but whoever it is, I hope he gets a truck load of money. Luke is a quality person; I wish him all the best.
Although his current situation and location make re-signing with Nike seem logical, my guess is either Hoka or Skechers. They both seem to like taking a chance with "underdogs".
I hope he goes with Heelys
Since his photos/videos at Chicago are in Nike equipment they received that exposure for zip dollars. I can see NIKE offering a equipment, small monthly stipend until the trials and a performance bonus payment if he DOES make the team.
Limit the 2015 list to three per nation and his 2:10:24 is still outside the top 15 performers and we have a number of fall marathons yet to be run. So a top 10 OG finish is a looooooooooooong shot
Only a few of those top 15 performers will be in the Olympics so a top 10 finishe for a 2:10 guy isn't all that long a shot.

Why do you (and the brojo's) keep bashing him for the 2:27 marathon. You guys talk about that as if that's worse than a DNF.
Keep bashing? That was my first comment on any of Luke's races and that isn't bashing. 2:27 is shocking considering what he ran for the half. So shocking that Nike dropped him. A 1:01 half marathoner does not run 2:27 on just a bad day.
Deer Shoe Company.
If he does not get a sponsor before the Trials I will quit competitive running.
Did Mr. P sign with somebody yet?
