You didn't hear them complaining about low testosterone
Again!!!!!!
Have you ever run 120 miles a week??? There is relatively NO DIFFERENCE between 120,150, 196, or 200 except for more miles of shear pain, discomfort, and risk of injury. Anything higher than 120 or close to it is OVER TRAINING and not smart. You can ask Bill, Frank and Jerome!!! They will admit that that they ran too many miles. All your doing at this point is depleting your system. It's already a proven scientific fact that testosterone is one of these vital elements of which is depleted during heavy endurance training and can be replenished 'naturally' via a Zinc supplement of which is a catalyst for testosterone production. Unfortunately you can only 'supplement' so much of which the body the safely absorb without side effects. Once you tap the well too deep there is no better prescription for recovery other than complete rest and low supplemental therapy to get back to normal. The body never truly totally recovers from this and thus eventually will breakdown without warning (ie..Ryan Hall).
FYI- I've run many 100+ mile weeks and have had low testosterone and have gone through this AND have competed at a very high level (World Champs/Olympic Games).
You need to quit reading books and go run some miles!!!!
Moron!
