How the heck do insoles come out while running?

Yes, mine stayed in when I ran at 4:40 pace, but that was because I needed starting blocks to get up to that speed. 100 meters wasn't much of a test.

in all quality running shoes the insole is removable.... it doesnt actually do anything either. they are there just to fill space an dont provide any additional cushioning or anything like that.

You're correct.

The space filling properties of the removable insole makes possible to regulate shoe volume, optimizing the fit for your feet (with/without insoles). That same optimization can be achieved with socks (thin/thick socks).

Comfortable fit; happy feet.

I had this happen in a pair of Aegis on a rainy race day.

I had to replace the insoles with an older pair of more firm and sticky Falcon's.

In the pictures you can see the last eyelet undone.
