Kipchoge is wearing Nike. Just pulled a 2:48 km.
Lelisa's best?? 5th in Rotterdam but what time? Now Kipchoge really pushing, strung out with Lelisa & E Mutai 7 seconds back! 2:48 last km!
Kipchoge looks totally composed. Over already? with 10km to go? Damn he looks good. Last km in 2:51
Lelisa, & 2 Mutais about a second apart from each other, trailing by 12 seconds? Could work together & try reeling Kipchoge in?

Lelisa ran 2:04:52 for 2nd in Chicago a few years back. His best time this year is actually from Dubai ... 2:06:35 (4th)
Not sure what he ran in Rotterdam.

2:05:23 apparently
Last km in 2:52. Kipchoge with a 24 sec lead over Kiptanui & 27 over lelisa
Kipchoge is the best Runner actually! But no record today. Here in Berlin is the weather perfect, but the pace maker didn't made there job.
About 30 seconds off WR pace. The way kipchoge is running he could still get close.
Anna Hahner isn't smiling anymore, shame.
Kipchoge's last 5K in 14:23 ... pretty sure that is the same segment E. Mutai and Kimetto ran a 14:09 last year.
Lelisa and E. Mutai 24 and 26 sec back.
with 6 km to go, Kipchoge is 35 seconds back of the W.R. Cherono just now dropping Kebede at 32 km about a 6 sec gap
but Kipchoge is smiling! looks SO together (except for those clown shoes)
Coolsaet leading the second pack on 2:10:22 pace now. They've picked it up since 30km!
Lelisa still there though. Maybe only 15 sec back now!

That's great! Would be nice to see him PR. Go Reid!
Cherono only up by 8 seconds, Kebede lurking. Kipchoge still looks smooth at 38 k. last km in ??
With 3 km to go, Kipchoge has to be at least 30 seconds up but no way can he see Kiptanui behind him (with Lelisa a close 3rd) with that car blocking his vision the whole way.
KM40 in 3:03
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06
Running for Bowerman Track Club used to be cool now its embarrassing
Hats off to my dad. He just ran a 1:42 Half Marathon and turns 75 in 2 months!
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
Rest in Peace Adrian Lehmann - 2:11 Swiss marathoner. Dies of heart attack.
