As long as the money hasn't been processed by your CC company, you should be able to cancel it. A similar thing happened to me one time, I was trying to donate money to planned parenthood, but instead of writing $100 somehow it got processed at $1,000. I didn't want to support pp that much, so I called my CC company and explained the situation. I had caught it early enough that it ended up not being a big deal. It was changed in a couple of business days.

So try change it to $50. That's probably even more what it was worth.

If you can afford it then who cares? Assuming the campaign you donated to was Bernie Sanders, he has no chance anyway. Now you have a decent story to tell your Alpha Delta brothers at the next Dartmouth reunion. Only you can embellish and say you donated 5 thousand dollars and the girl blew you right there in the restaurant bathroom. This girl sounds like a real piece of work, by the way. A sexually promiscuous Bernie Sanders supporter whose snatch costs just $500? Come to think of it, maybe I should start hitting the Bernie rallys and flashing a wad of cash. Maybe, just maybe she is a clandestine Bernie campaign worker whose job is to coerce guys like you into donating, using her body. Maybe there are tons like her out there. Would make for a great feature piece to the right ambitious journalist.

If it was illegal to have sex with a woman after trying to impress her by doing something you wouldn't normally do, pretty much every straight male over the age of 16 would be guilty.

I didn't read your sources, but the appear to all be either foreign, related to laws that are only under consideration and don't exist yet, or unrelated to the topic at hand. Pretending to be a different gender is a far cry from pretending to agree with a political candidate. Misrepresenting a fact relevant to an individual's decision to enter into a marriage contract is obviously a completely different thing.

I think everyone here is missing an even greater point. Regardless of the motivation, it is stupid to donate anything - time, money, etc. - to ANY politician or political campaign. Never mind the fact that they're all liars and cheats; we need to stop funding these idiots and make them all stump on an even playing field.

It is so easy and cheap to communicate with today's technology, they don't need millions of dollars to get their message out to the people. They don't need to travel. They don't need to buy advertising. They don't need your money...and you are all fools to give it up.

Note the OP never said he actually slept with her...

Donate $1,000 to her most hated candidate, and donate in her name. That will teach her to not mess around with a "real" man.
