Serious post here.
I have a good paying job working for a company. I'm good at what I do and understand it well. The issue is not about me understanding things. The issue is the stress involved with day to day duties. I'll go home and think about what I have to do tomorrow...what I have to present tomorrow...what randomly will come up...making my boss happy...meeting with executives...etc. I completely understand this is what my career entails. I also understand the salary I make meets what I do.
I was just curious if anyone else thought how I did. Sometimes I just wish I could go into work, do a repetitive tedious job, and go home without thinking about what needs done tomorrow. Don't get me wrong, I know that working in some factory would be painful on a different level. The grass is always greener.
Anyway, anyone else?
