I know they are really cushioned shoes, do they help the knees? i'm having some knee and shin pain from sprint intervals and want to give them a try, there is a website that has the Bondi, Conquest, and Stinson for 60ish dollars so I might go for it.
I have a concern though. I feel like wearing extremly cushioned shoes would make my legs weaker and then I would HAVE to depend on wearing Hokas. For example, I can run a lot longer on dirt than I can on asphalt, the Asphalt just beats up my legs so much. But after running on the asphalt for a while, my legs got stronger and I could take the pounding. I have been running on dirt lately and my legs have gotten weak again, running on asphalt seems hard. So I gues what I am asking is should I just try to restrengthen my legs instead of depending on a shoe to make things easier.
