(see below) this is more impressive. 57 last lap. MANY minutes alone in the pain cave running 4:13 miles. 1:53 or 1:48 are super impressive, but try running 13:09, 13:08 5k's back to back, most solo.
I think they are both on drugs. BUT, Kenenisa Bekele went for it again and again....perhaps at the price of being able to win more championships, but the guy just went for it and usually was running so hard that no rabbits could even hang with him for more than a 2-3k.
