Mens GB relay team - lol!
Choke job between Gay and Rodgers. Really disappointing. Jamaica owns the USA once again.
awful handoffs
Holy crap China gets the 4 x 100m bronze!
Horrible handoffs. Jamaica lost some time on one of them, then the USA utterly botched it on the final handoff.
USA going USA
Well done Asafa Powell
USA dq, China get silver.
They got the test results back already?

Rodgers when way too early. I saw it happening as soon as he started going. The USA had a chance to win going into that final leg.
i haven't looked but i bet the chinese men know how to do hand-offs perfectly. does the usa pay someone to coach the relays? if so, what a waste.
Tradition upheld.
That Dennis Mitchell - worth every penny they pay him! Just wonder if it's not the Jamacian payroll

Can someone please explain this to me? People always say they want a fast time, but how could that last mile not have been exciting? Who cares if the overall time was slow, that was an awesome race.
Yeah. I get up early and rush to the only open cafe to make sure I catch the entire race and 15 guys jog nine laps. Finish was entirely predictable and only Ndiku had a slim chance. 10K was great. Now I miissed the relays cause I went home and took a nap. Next time I will watch only races they are guaranteed to actually race.
Imagine if the 400m runners jogged around for 350 meters and then sprinted the last 50.
It would be totally stupid, people would boo and think they were worthless runners not deserving of being there.
Which is exactly how I feel about everyone who was in that men's 5k field.
People moaning about the 5k have NO knowledge about distance running ABOSULTELY NONE
Definitely the most tired I've seen Mo after a track race. No Mobot, just laid on the track. It will be interesting if 100% healthy Ndiku can take him in RIo.

Well I can't type today. Was going to say that I actually found the race incredibly exciting, but it's pretty funny that at 3000 meters they were closer to the pace of the Women's Steeple than the Men's: 8:11 (M St.) vs. 8:47 (M 5000) vs. 9:19 (W St.)
