Can Centro help make up for the disappointment of NOP and American athletes thus far? He's going to have to run out of his mind to get on the podium, as this year is looking harder than ever. Not to mention, who knows what Kenyans will come out of the wood work... Can Centro do it?
I'm going to take a ridiculous stance and say that Centro doesn't even make the finals. That's right, doesn't even get to the starting line. Heats coming up tonight! We'll see what happens...

I think the OP is referring to those other than Farah. The rest of NOP has largely disappointed, and Team USA has a lot to be disappointed about.
As for the OP's question, Centro will probably squeak a bronze if he runs to pick off guys with his trademark kick. If he runs for the win, he won't medal. A la Jager
Maybe I'm in the minority, but Rupp running 27:08 for 5th place is not disappointing. I know he's personally disappointed, but that was nothing to be ashamed of.

Farah doesn't train with NOP and hasn't for almost two years. He trains with Jama Aden and you can see this on his instagram. This is no secret.
