Have you read the WADA rules? They are quite clear. They have a list of banned substances. Anything not on the list is legal. Thyroid meds are not on that list. So why the quotation marks?
And what exactly do you mean by "ethics"? Where do we find out what "ethics" require? What happens when people don't agree on what is ethical? How can they decide which is right?
Just out of curiosity, do you take deductions on your taxes? Why? Because they are allowed by the rules? How is that not the same as taking thyroid meds, which are allowed under the WADA rules?
