I put in the Predictor session of 4 x 1 mile off 90 & around 250 miles per month
Off 5 Mon reps gave 15:30.
Nailed it well done.
Will try a few other sessions

Tried it with 10x 400 off ,60 - 200 miles month
Gave close to 16
Sorry that session is a well know Predictor session & indicates a 5-00 minute mile. You are going to struggle to break 17 off that. You need a differential of at least 20 seconds between mile race time and 5km pace
When I was running 16 flat I could do that session in 69 each.

Missed off rep time 75 seconds each
It predicted me to run between 11:12 and 12:41.
It based this on(all 2:00 recovery jogs):
1600@5:15
4x400@71
1600@4:59
4x400@70
1600@4:53
I double checked and typed it all correctly. So, a world record is easily in reach.
Last tuesday 5x1K w/ 3' recovery. 3:25, 3:15, 3:19, 3:19, 3:20
90mpw
predicted 14:59 and my PB is 17:07 from July lol
It predicted 17:38. I ran 17:41 two weeks ago!
Posted 12x300meters with 40 second rest @ 57 seconds.
Prediction 16:09-16:59.
Just had my team of HS girls do this workout last week. 5 of them averaged that. I wish the prediction was anywhere close to being true. If it was we would crush FM.
It predicted that I'm set for 13:38. My PR is 14:01. I don't think I'm set for that big a drop yet.
I appreciate the work put into the calculator though.

Try 2017-10-28.
I plugged in a recent workout and it gave me 14:04 - I don't think I could break 16. I am an 800m runner though, so maybe this skews it somewhat.
I tried the calculator. It's flawed. I will only give you an accurate prediction if you enter intervals at the pace you intend to race at (or pace of equivalent performance for different distance per some other calculator). It doesn't take into account how close to all-out a person is while doing a workout, and that the body will adapt to handle a little better than the workout achieved, instead of exactly handle the workout achieved.

That's not a flaw. There's no way some calculator can know that you were cruising some workout.

Hey All,
I've created a new website that you can use to predict your 5K time based on a recent interval workout and recent mileage. The predictions are based on data I've collected from other runners' running logs and race results.
Let me know what you think! I'd love to hear the Letsrun community's feedback. Adding new features may take awhile as I'm fairly new to web development, but I do plan on updating this so let me know what you'd like to see.
Cheers!

The site is down.
Is there any site like this out there? I would like to make a race prediction using interval times and rest.
