First of all, a guy capable of running 46-flat (Rudisha) is going to need to be able to run a 200 in 21.5, which is somewhat faster than he ran the 300s in. A 400 runner may push (Clyde Hart's term) the first 80m at 90% speed, but that is not 100%. So in no part of Rudisha's 300 is he really running at max velocity.
.
No.
I didn't say Rudisha was running at max velocity in his 300. You completely made this up.
You're arguing with arguments that I never said. That is the problem here, not me not knowing what I do or don't understand. Learn to read and stop making things up. Also, you're wrong about Rudisha's 400m ability, no? Hasn't he run faster than that?
Don't even try it. His ego blinds him.

No. He's hoping to intimidate (he won't) Aman (age has caught up with - his own agent said he was at least 24 in 2012 lol) and Amos (21, sure, lol, he's at least 25 now, look at him) and Tuka (who's probably in a daze this season now that he's got two years of mileage under his belt and no experience in the big leagues). No one cares what Rudisha claims to hit in workouts. It will be great if Rudisha has regained most of his top form, but like Rudisha said in a recent interview, he will likely be chasing and looking to beat Tuka's 1:42.51 rather than any records (and gunning for Gold of course).
Yeah, yeah, LR PC sissies will take anything an African (or any non-European) says at face value. Thoroughly brainwashed.

COACH D:
Could you back up your supposition regarding potential brain-stem damage in young people performing such a workout?
I've experienced and witnessed similarly difficult workouts (not 33s of course, but personal equivalents) before that age and haven't encountered brain damage in myself or others.
