For those of you looking for evidence of falseness in the BBC video....what I see is someone smiling way too much for a person that is obviously on the defense. Yet her eyes seem to be the opposite of smiling. Perhaps it means nothing, but that's what bothered me as she answered questions. I kept saying out loud "what the heck are you smiling for?"
In the Guardian, I think, article about the time she held up the 'EPO cheats out' banner she said that she smiles when she's nervous. Not uncommon and it's not unreasonable to conclude that the smiling neither means she's a doper or not taking the situation seriously.
2:15 seems quick to me, but elite athletes are, by definition, outliers and there needs to be a proper and clear case to convict. If she did dope though, she will be dealt with at least as harshly as Lance because she spent so long playing everyone for fools and used the female thing.
Given her repeated statements about an athlete only being able to be proud if they know they did their best clean, it makes me wonder how she will feel as she ages if she wasn't. Of course, some people really don't care or rationalise their choices as being ok (just levelling the playing field...)
