My legs.
Two items:
First is a brochure for the Bill Rodgers Running Company signed by Bill with a note from him about his choice to run the inaugural Toyko marathon instead of Fukuoka.
Second, a letter from Athletics West along with athlete bio brochure expressing their interest in me running for them. No.....never did run for AW.
I have a medal and a team jacket from when I ran in high school circa 1996
Me.

That's the bet answer. Other than that I've got some issues of Track and Field News from the late 60s and an issue of Sports Illustrated with a story about Ron Clarke from 1965.
I had my very first running related dump bronzed and framed
A copy of The Van Aaken Method from 1976.
I've held on to a pair of Sport Hill pants with the stirrups. I thought they were cutting edge at the time (1986) but one of the seniors ridiculed me regularly that season and kept asking if I was going out for the gymnastics team.
I also bought an early Nike track suit, recently. It's the model with the small pocket on the chest that was the base for several NCAA warmups for a couple of years in the late 70s including Oregon, Wisconsin and Adams State.
nothing exciting. HS warmup and tshirts for xc and track circa the early 2000s. I should probably clean up and get rid of that stuff, its just going to sit in a box forever.
Have some syringes and blood bags lying around here. Scored them in a souvenir shop in East Germany back in the day. Good stuff!

Hi Alberto!
Grandfathers track medals from Northwestern University circa nineteen tens.
Fathers Vans brand running shoes from early eighties.
I have T&FN going back to 1971, and some cross country/track ribbons and medals that go as far back as 1969.
I just recently had to give away some running shoes (Nike Kenya Reds!) from 1974/75...
Hanhart stopwatch. Somewhere 8mm film of my first race.
A pair of 1976 Nike spikes I found on Ebay for $20. Don't know the model. They look like these, except silver instead of yellow:

In 7th grade I won the Presidential Physical Fitness award for the 600 meter run. I won the run beating all the kids from my class and all the 8th graders. That was the beginning of all my years of running. Still have that Presidential patch.
Some pretty cool stuff you guys have listed so far. The grand father's medals is pretty neat.
My oldest item is an early fiberglass pole vault pole. Do I win for most obnoxious artifact to bring to show off at parties?
Still have a mint copy of Joe Falls' "The Boston Marathon" published in 1979.
I've got a timex ironman watch from the early 1990s that I used to use to time my runs. Saw it in a drawer the other day. Had forgotten I still had it.
