Not sure if this means both men and women, so could be 7 victories out of 24 races.

Good point, it says men and women..

Which time frame?
And don't forget the ladies.
"Nearly 30% of winners in 24 men’s and women’s races in London may have doped, the data shows." -

Another Radcliffe hint? -
Yes possibly another hint. You can blow that last link to the front page up and read the article.
Also says eight British athletes, including Mo Farah, Jo Pavey and Lisa Dobrinsky are going against the wishes of the IAAF and British Athletics and will be publishing their blood test results. No mention of any other high profile British Athletes! -
Also presumably the time frame is for the period that the Sunday Times has the blood doping data for which was between 2001 and 2012.

This is sensationalist nonsense. The Sunday Times is no Guardian.
-
It wouldn't be surprising with this time period to have the two North African runners, plus 3xPR, and 2xMikit, or Keitx2. The Kenyans showed plenty of suspicious blood values, but which here if any?
-
Do they count the ones that have already been banned?
In which case Liliya Shobukhova is one of the seven.
But I don't know why more people haven't been calling out Mikitenko. She runs for an eastern european country before transferring to Germany. Then in 2008 she skips the Olympics and runs a PB in the 10k (road) of 30:57 and two weeks later the Berlin marathon in 2:19:19. -

Four out of four posters before you who made a list called out Mikitenko. Excepting the poster who went all Radcliffe.
Obligatory quote:
"One of [Radcliffe's] blood tests was conducted at the London Marathon, and Radcliffe, who is involved in setting up a new website for the IAAF educating young competitors about the dangers of drug abuse, has put in a request to UK Sport to publicise the details. 'I have absolutely no objection to my test being released,' she said. 'I would like to know it myself.'"

Google has the page cached, the URL errors 503.
She's forgotten she had access to ALL of her scores under ADAMS. All of them.
What. A. Liar. -
Do they have a new set of data, or is this from Seppelt's story/source?
If it's from Seppelt's source, the World Marathon Majors is not only WADA compliant, but the anti-doping authority is the IAAF.
That makes complete sense. Not a word about anti-doping details anywhere and no one saying a word about it. IAAF getting paid. -
It was all Kenyans and Ethiopians.
