Is too much sex really bad?
Too much sex can cause groin soreness especially if you are a long distance runner with weak groins. I would tone it back some during your competition schedule, unless you developed strong groins from having frequent sex over a long period of time; however, during the OOC period, I think frequent sex is a good way to strengthen your groin muscles. Btw, sex has absolutely no effect on your energy level or ability to compete, unless you figure out a way to have sex a few minutes before a race. Sex in and of itself is a very good thing, it is a very good full body muscle relaxer and stress reliever after a hard workout and is a good form of stretching for the female athlete. With all of that said, I assume your partner is a non-athlete, because female athletes generally aren't interested in having sex multiple times a day because they are tired just like you. What you have to do is get this girl to understand that as an athlete, there are times you need to rest.
