Again, NOP people are sent to a specific doctor who will diagnose them in a way that the majority of other doctors would not and allows them to get and use drugs legally that they could not otherwise get. It may be that their doctor is ahead of everyone on this but it looks fishy. Put that next to the note about testosterone and it looks even fishier.
Salazar saying it was really Testoboost rather than testosterone is meaningless. I worked in clinics and occasionally hospitals for a good many years and learned quickly that being accurate when you write in a person's chart about the medicines he's taking is a really, really, big deal, for fairly obvious reasons. Writing that someone is getting Medicine A when you're really giving him Medicine B is not good for your career advancement or job security and everyone was always pretty meticulous about getting it right.
I'm sure that mistakes happen but they're very rare. If Rupp's chart says he was being given testosterone the most likely explanation that it says that by far is that he was being given testosterone. Of course Alberto is going to say that notation was a mistake and while it might have been, that's far and away the less likely explanation.
