Oh yeah, I just put the blog that has that workout on another thread 2 or 3 days ago. It was a thread about famous workouts. I found it last week when I kept searching for workouts for Vicki Huber and Sonia O'Sullivan at Villanova.
I was wanting very specific information just like reading their own logs.
Then I found this 2 part interview with VH. But she doesn't go into anything more than I already knew from other sources like newspapers and a book Run with the Champions by Bloom.
