Who are the top individuals heading into conferences this year?
Heuer (La Salle), Tucker (George Washington), and Fitzpatrick (Saint Louis) have all gone under 24:30 this season. I think close to 20 have gone under 25:00, so it's pretty up in the air.
I think the recent SJU struggles can possibly attributed to new assistant coach addition of Michael Rankin. He brings a new unconventional coaching style and it's going to take a while for the team to get adjusted. He also just took a part time job coaching VCU XC team so his time will be divided between the 2 teams. But on an related note, here's my top 3 at A10s.
1. St Joe's
2. VCU
3. St Bonnies
4. Temple

That makes me one of the 20!
Wow what can I say, the season comes down to this weekend. I just can't see La Salle dominating the race what so ever though…. Especially when rumors are circling around La Salle's 4th man, Stephen Lewandowski, who might transfer back to Clemson now that the football team has found play off birth in the NCAAF rankings #gotigers!

Looks like the Lasalle team found Nico Greco's PED stash from 2013 based on how they ran at Princeton. Very Impressive. Classic end of the season performance by St. Joe's mens team.

Where is Alexa Pelletier from Rhode Island???
Looks like Lewandowski actually is going back to Clemson after this past weekend. Which leaves la salle missing a very important returner for next year. I smell trouble for the Northern Philadelphia La Salle Explorers in 2016.
Big props to UMass this weekend. Thought Quincy O'Conner would have been more of a player in this race considering his 6th place finish in the spring season in the 10k at A10s.
Crazy to see that Rico Galassi dropped out of the race after leading to a blazing first mile in Galassi-esque fashion at 4:32. Maybe next year he'll come around.
