Whats kinda cool about this... if the runners world crowd takes the time to read the Rossi article at the very least, perhaps it will deter a few of the "hop a bus to the finish" RnR folks.
Here's what worries me. That 5K time... if Rossi got a coach, assuming he hasn't really ever trained for anything properly... he could conceivably run it. Annoys me to think he'd get some $ out of this.
On the flip side... if he did train up for it and run it, he would no doubt talk up a storm about how hard the speed repeats, the hills, the training process in general, actually was for him to complete to prepare for a 19:xx...
And to be honest... odds are he'd end up with a 20:high, and would still talk about the training difficulty, which would prove the point there's no way he knocked off 3:11.
