31 days. After a month eating only one Big Mac a day and drinking one (presumably large) Coke a day, you would kill yourself.
Ever see the movie, or documentary; Supersize Me?

That was just vegan propaganda. Someone else made a documentary where they ate nothing but McDonald's for a month and lost weight. *Gasp*, it meant saying "no" when they asked if you wanted to supersize your order. I ate at McDonald's quite a bit when I was counting calories because you could get a more accurate calorie count than you could from other sources of food. A Double cheeseburger, small fries, and diet coke is a pretty low calorie meal, even for someone who doesn't exercise.

Yes, this has nothing to do with that.
You'll die in a few days if you dont have water, which isn't included in this fantasized diet. So 3-4 days, 5 tops

Saying yes to the supersize'd order was one of the main parts of the challenge...
If its a 2 liter coke a bit longer, but water man.
There is water in the Coke obviously and the ice in the coke hasn't been factored in. You can last 3-4 days with zero water so with the coke plus the ice in it you would last a lot longer. Maybe 60 days?
I must be the only one like a camel here. Not count moisture in the food I eat, I often don't drink much at all - like one or two glasses of liquid per day. If I drink a glass of something in the morning, I'm stopping to pee every 5 minutes on a 90 minute run. I'm not always like this though. For example, now I'm drinking quite a bit... I think it may be because I'm eating a more carb-heavy diet than usual.
You only need a lot of water if you drink it all the time. As soon as your body realizes you're not flushing it out every ten minutes it starts to conserve.
A large coke will keep a couch dweller alive indefinitely.
Am I the only one here who realizes that water in Coke and food is completely useless to us. Our bodies require more water than the coke can provide just to digest all the sugar.

I really hope you are.
Shame it's not KFC because I just looked it up and they have a 64 oz mega drink.

Yes you are.

"Documentary" has to be used in a loose sense here - it's plausible to get similar results at any McD hater's place of choice.
Mods, please delete this thread. The responses are completely useless.

Assume I don't exercise or go to work. I just sit on the couch for 16 hours per day watching TV, and I sleep the other 8 hours.
Your young, stupid and illiterate, thats ok , we are here to educate.
Read the book Super Size Me about a guy who ate McDonalds everyday for a year. Pretty dramatic impact beyond the book that created state legislation against the bad nutrition of fast food.
Now if you got fries with that, indefinitely.

That snopes article is good. I loosely practice IF (intermittent fasting) and although there is no limit on water I typically don't drink (or eat) anything during the day until around 5pm. I don't drink at work, I don't drink when I wake up. I'll have 16 or 32 oz in the evening, depending on what I'm drinking, but that is my total liquid consumption.
The exception is if I'm running after work (I typically run in the morning), then I force myself to drink during the day even though I'm not thirsty.
