Robby for second! Damn!
Robby for second! Damn!
Centro
Andrews
Manzano
Blank
2-4 within a few hundredths... Andrews closed in ~51 at most
Blankenship looking all around! WTF, stupid. Cost him a spot in Beijing

It seems the officials missed this (it is a very common happening in sprints and is rarely called). doesn't usually get replayed in slo-mo on national TV though.
O'Connor could protest
Andrews with one of the most ferocious kicks i have seen in a while and made up so much ground.
Wheating, Merber, Blankenship all put up a good battle in the end
great race by everyone, what a loaded field
NBC reported Centro in ~51 last lap. Andrews had to be 50 low or sub-50!
52.13 for Andrews, 52.03 for Centrowitz

That is the first time I've seen Manzano get outkicked in the last 50 meters of a championship race. Blankenship almost got him as well.

Bob Andrews might have run 50.xx last lap
To everyone freaking over Andrews 50 or 51.x last lap, it was officially 52.13. Centro had the best close with 52.03.
I feel bad for blank and andrews one of them was going to relive that last 100 for the next year either way.
Nobody closes like Robby Andrews. Excited to see him get in.
Andrews proves he's a force in the 1500m. No more second guessing this guy.

Andrews had to be 20m+ back with 150 left
Did I really just plan my day around watching 1500 live on USATF.tv only to have them filming someone raking the long jump pit instead of them filming the actual race?
Mad impressive with Centro going from 600 out and just dusting the field.
Just made a statement that he's on a different level than the rest of the U.S.
But what were their last 200s??
It was on NBC
I'm very impressed with the run by Centro. That's the best that I've ever seen him run.
Nice finish by Andrews, and time, after 2:03.9 at 800. Is that a PR for him?
