Sisson looking good in her bright NB gear.
Interesting commentary talking about pacing. Shalane has run 30:22, so running a 2:29 opening 800 is off that...oh, but she might not be in the same shape as 2008, so we should mention that.
Ladies,
If you aren't in the top 10, please step off the track.
10 person lead pack!!
Hoping bae Sisson can handle this pace.
Sisson is a beats.
75,
228
458 . Shalane all the way.
Shalane isn't messing around out here huh
Rojo, why is the main site a 404? Only the forum works. I want to read the LRC preview.

93 degrees, but only 30% humidity, and 1/2 the track's in the shade.
Humidity is key.
Last night here in Baltimore, it felt PERFECT. Normally perfect is 72 degrees or so for me. I was shocked but it was 82. But the humidity was like 40%. Dew points was 60. Felt amazing. I did think, "Would this be hot if i was running and thought the answer would be, 'yes'."
Weather.com is reporting 23% humidty in Eugene. That's incredibly low.
The dew point in Eugene is 49.
2 of the train of 8 are falling back a bit.
I love the fast pace, makes for an interesting race.
Was I seeing stars or did Abby D give Sisson a kiss on the lips before Sisson went on the track to run? Anyone else on site who saw this?
Wow, stands are empty! There were more people in the stands for the PTF!
Does anyone actually give a sh*t about the women's shot put? If not, why do they have to show it?
Haha Shalane gives up the lead..........
so the humidity is ideal tonight? I'm in P-town and need to go for a training run here but scared of the heat.
pls more info
I disagree with the announcers, and think Flanagan's in trouble.
probably correct. she's a front runner. if not front running, probably in trouble.
Big battle for top 3 coming up.
Wow, Pappas running the 10k in Victory Elites, she's got bigger balls than any guy in the NCAA.
This is an exciting 10k. This is why I was excited Shalane was in this race.
