So glad Merber made it.
So glad Merber made it.
Main webpage site isn't working. Only the forums. What time is the 10k on at?
If you want splits go to flash results. They have all the splits for each heat.
A bit after 8. I think.. Not positive

That is a complete crap shoot.
Centro much the best, good Leo knows how to get this done..Blankenship with his recent 1:48 high or 1:49 low 800? In one of these 3:43 specials? he is open to get pipped.
No no no. It's not a complete crap shoot. Not at all. Centro is in. That kid is unreal good.
I always want to doubt Manzano as he often doesn't seem to impress me in a heat but he's 95% in.
So that leaves one spot.
Blankenship, Andrews or Wheating gets it. No one else. OK maybe McNamara if it's crazy slow but i doubt it.
10,000m FINALS next!
I think Soratos is much better off running a fast pace all the way.
Yes, he has speed, but using that speed unevenly in a 1500m wastes his energy.
Women's steeple - exactly as expected
1 Emma Coburn New Balance 9:36.90 Q 2 (1)
2 Stephanie Garcia New Balance 9:37.44 Q 1 (1)
3 Colleen Quigley Bowerman TC 9:40.97 Q 2 (2)

5 Ashley Higginson Saucony 9:46.79 Q 2 (3)
Who is the guy announcing by himself. Rob Vermillion? He's quite good. Knows his shit.
At least for the 1500, it seemed their heat sheets gave the original seeding. As Rojo pointed out, they reseeded the 1500 to solve the problems he pointed out.
But otherwise, yeah, they she isn't the most professional.

Yeah he has been the best one so far.
Still 93 degrees on the track at the start of the women's 10,000? Ouch,
93 degrees, but only 30% humidity, and 1/2 the track's in the shade.
Huddle's ready to run 30:30, though probably not today.

I guess he went to CSU and ran for OTC for a while, he seems very good I'd like to see him more often
75 and 2:28 in 93 degree heat!! Wow.
Who was it a few years ago that led the 10k in hot conditions and then craterd? ANyone remember?
