On a serious note, this is very hard to believe.
Not because I have suspected Matthew Centrowitz, Jr. of doping, but because if you are a world-class athlete you are almost certainly interested in optimizing your body both WRT performance directly AND overall health (which of course impacts performance); you almost certainly have the resources to spend modest sums of money to optimize your body, and there are a number of perfectly legal OTC supplements which likely would be of value to you provided you don't have any rare adverse reaction--among them, magnesium glycinate, vitamin d3, protein powders, vitamin k2, beta-alanine, curcumin, etc.
