Berry College (DIII) in Rome GA. Worlds largest college campus at 27,000 acres. Just under 100 miles of trails on campus. Start and finish of their course is right near dorms in middle of campus.
Out west
-UC Riverside
-Stanford
-UC Davis
I was going to say Sewanee. Saw that on here. Guess it's the same as it was when I ran it in the mid-80s on the golf course.
Same with Berry. I remember creek crossings and hay bales there. Been a while.
Did I miss Furman? NCAAs and South Regionals were there years ago. Maybe they'll come back there once the danged flag comes down.
Thanks everyone. More courses and any comments on building a trail will be appreciated!
Texas A&M recently built a course on campus.
I think this would qualify.

Berea college has a course on campus, true cross country. Beautiful course and campus.
The University of Iowa's course hosted the Big 10 meet 2 or 3 years ago. One of the Iowa D3 schools (Central, maybe?) has a on-campus course as well.
Lewis University also has a brand new XC course on campus... hosted 8 meets last year between college, high school and USATF juniors.... great place to race and train
Davidson College has trails in the woods attached to campus; I don't know when they trails were last used for races.

Yep, Sewanee's is still on a golf course, as of last year when I ran on it. You must be remembering Berry's old XC course because the new one(I have no idea when it switched) is on main campus without any creek crossings or hay bales and is all on grass.
Southern Illinois University Edwardsville

If you consider a 1 mile loop that is run 5 times for an 8k an on campus XC course, then yes Haverford has one.
Hanover (IN)
Wartburg (IA)
Bucknell does. Hosting the league meet next year I think
Northwestern State University has a course that stays "run ready" year around that they host several meets including the state cross country meet on
Williams College has a course and several invites there
St. Lawrence has a very nice course on fields and trails on campus. I never ran well there so I don't like it personally.
Lehigh has in my opinion the best course in College XC,
