I don't understand why you would make this stuff up. Thyroid hormone does not require a TUE and is not regulated in any way by WADA. Advair also does not require a TUE when used at the standard dose. Don't believe me? Take a look at the WADA list here:

I'm no fan of the abuse of prescription medications for enhancing performance, but don't make stuff up about how "straight forward and objective" it is.
You are correct. This is exactly why so many of the finger pointers i.e.:media, blogs,publications,athletes,coaches and reporters will have an interesting time explaining themselves in court. The slander & libel have real measurable consequences to lost reputation , lost monies current , future earnings etc.
