Also, Larry Rawson is horrendous. Just horrendous. Not even I think he's bad and that's my opinion kind of bad, he is just objectively terrible.
I'm quite certain that he said the faster you run the 400 the faster you can run the 800.

Any free online feed for the 10000 meters?
I'm guessing (hoping) that was sarcasm, especially the rarely stumbles over his words/misspeaks part.
And the FloTrack guys are terrible too.
can someone post a stream?
thats working for me
....So you DON'T think that having a fast 400 PB is beneficial for running the 800? You realize Rudisha is a 45.xx 400m guy right? Or do you think all 800m runners are 800/1500 types? Just trying to clarify your statement.

Little behind schedule?
I think my favorite Rawson quote of the day came in the 800 when that kid from Binghamton or wherever was moving up with 200 to go and he starts rambling about how that "1500m speed and strength is very helpful in the 800m" or some nonsense

Thank you!
I don't understand. He's not in med school; he's a sophomore at Colorado University-Boulder...Is he pre-med and gunning for a 4.0 or something? Compulsive over studier? I assume running is paying for his school and grad schools will forgive a slightly lesser GPA for a D1 athlete. Just seems like he is not approaching this rationally. Study like a normal person, run hard, get a lot of sleep. Many, many athletes do this.
I've got some 800 interviews here:
Binghamton's Jesse Garn was feeling good today after he didn't even get to race at NCAA indoors (he was DQ'ed for a false start)
Shaquille Walker (yes, he's named after Shaquille O'Neal) knew his heat would be tough but was confident his 1:46.24 would hold up (it did)
Edward Kemboi was very pleased with his 1:45.58 PR. He said his coaches have been telling him to be confident and he said he definitely feels confident after that race.
Post-race interview with Capwell:
Post-race interview with Murphy:

Seems to be about 20+ minutes behind. Anyone know if there's a particular reason for this? Was there a last-minute schedule update?
has the 10k went off yet? I think my stream is slow
10k is about to start. For those of you watching at home, it's pretty hot here- at least in the sun and there is a decent wind on the backstretch - straight into their faces.
We'll be providing splits as I'm assuming they'll be going to commercials.
It's about 79 degrees. Wind 7 mph.
It just went off as I type

And 45.xx is not a fast 400. It's a fast 400 for an 800 meter runner.
Rawson just said that you have to run 20.40 or better to break the top 10 in the world. Huh? I think he should have said 19.9.
It looks super slow to me, but looked like first lap was around a 70
Lap 1 - 68.5
Lap 2 - 70.1
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Jakob Ingebrigtsen has a 1989 Ferrari 348 GTB and he's just put in paperwork to upgrade it
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
