Mr. Epstein, Can we assume these are your six sources? I'm not smearing, I'm just wondering if this is who you put on the witness stand.
Weren't all these folks fired from the NOP or let go from Nike for various reasons? I've got a little information and it seems like across the board they all wanted to stay at Nike, but Nike wouldn't meet their terms or demands or Nike felt they lacked the necessary skills to be successful. Is this an unbiased group? Perhaps they are.
There was also the athlete that said he was in the Nike lab and somebody told him to take testosterone? But it wasn't Alberto, correct?
Did you even reach out to other members of the NOP both current or the past to see if there was any pattern here? I really don't know the answer to this question, but it doesn't appear that you did.
Two more questions:
1. Was Rupp not allowed to take prednisone in competition in HS? Because I don't think prednisone is on the prohibited list for the NCAA anymore. I'm not sure about HS.
2. Did Magness break any health privacy laws by disclosing Rupps personal health information?
I sincerely respect you as a journalist, but I'm just left with questions and I'm trying to make sense of it all.
