As a point of reference here is the listing of the UK Under 15 age group all time performances for 1,500m.
http://www.thepowerof10.info/rankings/rankinglist.aspx?event=1500&agegroup=U15&sex=M&alltime=y
Mo Farah = #26 in 4:06.41
Jakob Ingebritsen is therefore 9 seconds faster than any UK athlete of comparable age.
By age 16 Steve Cram's personal record was 3:47.7 so JI has two years to improve only three seconds to match Cram.
His form looks a lot more fluid and natural than Henriks. While Henrik's a good runner, his form looks somewhat mechanical. The rest of his look is right on the money though.

that just ain't normal and he is highly suspect for juicing as well.
he is turning 15 in September.
According to the article it's an age group world record:
Dermed senket han sin egen, personlige rekord med sju (!) sekunder, og verdensrekorden for 14-åringer med nesten tre sekunder. Den lød på 3.53,4 før Ingebrigtsen løp, mens Europa-rekorden var på 3.55.
3:50.57
3:53.40 World
3.55 Europe

Yeah right.
Other posters already mentioned it is his brother.
I am not sure if it is his father or brother, but it is his relation.
Here, watch him break his own country record in the mile. He's the dude with the little pony tail at the back. Enjoy.
