I run for a school that is at 5600 ft.I went home to the east coast for the winter break for 5 weeks. Did I lose the effects of high altitude? What will I feel like when I run here? I ran over the break and did good.

You lost some, but it will come back quickly.
Didn't you lose it on prom night?
I didn't and won't-for a while. But,Slut lost it in the 10th grade. She even talks about it.
10th grade? Was she like getting married or something?

10th grade? That is ridiculous to wait that long. Females should start when period starts. Any longer wait will result in brain damage.
No, 5th grade. Get it straight.
