Does anyone have a current list of the 37 Club? I'd be really interested to see who's on it now.

Ok. I'll plead ignorance. What the hell is the 37 Club?
37?!? In a row?
Wow, 37 hoof whammies in a row....there's got to be some bleeding associated with that !
you owe me a beer.
Randal, get back to the video store you perv.
Mark Fadil
Doug Consiglio
and Jeff ATkinson
are the only living members.
Not true. Violation! What about Olson? There's got to be more out there on this site. Anyone still have the list?
Is there a Farm Team or Stanford link?
Current member here in Michigan. Recently added another five dollars to the membership campaign drive. Check with Frankie for the archived list.
Best 37 Club violation..If I recall cross-coutry champs in possibly Boston...Mark Mastalir nails Barrios from across a packed bar. Costs Arturo a few dollars to capitalize on this slight breach of edicut according to 37 Club Membership standing.

Sorry, there's no such thing as 37 hoof whammies (at least here on earth) in a row as this would be a physiological impossibility. Even EPO-enhanced efforts would only fall disgracefully short.
But kudos to you for being a visionary, my friend. You will no doubt be successful when the Hoof Whammy era comes as inevitably as the sun to change society as we know it.
I joined in '96, but forgot all about it. Back then it seemed like everyone I knew was a member (mostly Reebok Aggies). I didn't hear anyone mention it, or about any violations at the party after XC nationals. Do people still play by the rules?
It takes me a couple of violations every nationals or Oly trials before I can remember that I'm still a member and who else is as well. As for the rules and membership: If you see violation by a member, do your duty.
I was violated by a couple of you 37 Clubbers, and if you don't think I won't press charges, THINK AGAIN!
(AP)Sacramento - Not included in the proposal for nearly $21 billion in state budget cuts for the fiscal 2003-2004 year, California Governor Gray Davis stated yesterday that 'The 37 Club' would be one of very few to actually receive additional funding in the coming year. "Not only is 'The 37 Club' a vital element in the track and field community, it is an invaluable social program for the Great State of California," said Davis.
Davis' Director of Communications, Perry Slayer, later noted "that with all the recent hubbub over unreported positive drug tests in the Olympics, it's important to remember that alcohol is a legal drug and, as such, an excellent vehicle in which to blur acceptable public perception, opinion and memory. No secret drinking society abets in these areas," said Slayer, "more than The 37 Club. Combine that with an impressive list of distance running has-beens and illegal minors and you can begin to understand the Governor's position that the club is an indispensable program."
"No doubt about it," commented Slayer, "they're out there working hard--'drivin the bus', if you will."
i'm a lefty, you're a lefty, wouldn't you like to be a lefty too?
Flagpole - send me $5 and I'll tell you what it is.
No thanks.
I'm not interested enough to send you even a penny to know. I barely had enough interest to ask the original question and then check back. Now, I have no interest remaining.
