Q-angle is the end result of a female hitting puberty and getting the knock-kneed syndrome. Basically puberty makes the hips spread and knees come together.

I wonder what it is going to be like in college next year. I thought I heard Alexa say in an interview that she was going to be attending University of Portland. Assuming Mary is still with NOP for the long term, they could be crossing paths frequently on campus.
Maybe they become good friends and Mary leaves the Saladbar and joins Alexa...

For the female body experts, what do you think of Ajee Wilson's Q angle? Is she all set, or is she due for a hard fall in the near future?

She'll be fine, as long as her uterus doesn't dislodge from running too much or too fast.
It's too bad for Mary Cain that she apparently hit puberty at age 19 and suffered an invisible hip expansion, causing her to run slowly for half of a season.
I have plenty of guys who spend hours a day on LR, claiming they love me. I've kicked AO's company because I won't let myself fall for another guy who doesn't love me enough to take 5 minutes to call me. Find another girl you can treat that way.
What I said about you not loving me enough is absolutely true. You love yourself more than me. You love having control over what happens to you. You love your security.

Complete bullsh|t She's 18 and her body won't change much unless she starts stuffing herself.
Oh so your wife or sister looks exactly like she did when she was 18!
Best post on Letsrun! The "great" coaches are often not that great, the just get some super talents and or give em drugs. Ajee Wilson stayed with her HS coach and has been steadily improving and is absolutely dominant right now. Cranny is already getting ruined by Milt. Barely qualified for NCAA's with a 4:19.38. Lost all her speed bc Milt knows nothing. Mary is right where Alberto wants her. Trained her crazy hard till she got hurt and a lil burnt out and now is taking some time off. Then Alberto is going to tell her she needs to go see his endocrinologist and then she will break 4:00 soon after, if she succumbs to the pressure.

It's more the belief that the coach has the power to unmake the athlete. And it's more than just Mary Cain. We ought to be very thankful that Jenny Simpson found her way back to Wetmore. Relieved that Maggie Vessey finally did the same. Hopeful that Laura Roesler can recover from whatever has happened to her since Oregon. Wondering what's going on with prize recruits at Stanford and Duke. Happy that Alexa Efraimson opted for continuity this year and maybe future years.

BTW: 4 US junior girls should be on the Hype radar right now.
Efraimson #1
Rogers #2
Cranny #3
Cain #4 (I have not given up on her yet)
Did I forget someone?
After this weekend, I feel that Rogers is still second on the hype radar, but getting closer to Efraimson.
Cranny moved down to 4th from 3rd. Cain moved back up to 3rd.
Any new US junior girl appeared on the radar in the past few weeks?
I'll add Aragon as the number 5 on the hype list
She is now a top 10 all time HS miler (with her 4:37.91) and she is still a junior in HS...
Not in the same league as the other 4. For example, Cain and Efraimson were much faster as HS juniors, but...
I am wondering why Alexa din't run Portland? It's right in her backyard.
