So much upside with Alexa. She is definitely in sub 2 shape and just ran an Am junior record. Clearly she is still working on her strength with her recent 5k troubles. Once her training comes together -- watch out.

It's pretty sad that Alexa's accomplishments can't be mentioned in the same breath without comparing her to Cain. It seems like this board just loves the fact that Cain is currently faltering. It's pretty sick taking such pleasure in the failures of a nineteen (eighteen?) year old girl.
