Of course there is considerable harm, and they certainly don't help.

I read the book, big ego. Had the restaurant and felt bad for selling alcohol. Really? Not profitable if you don't. Now pushes the envelope with much worse. Writing to make yourself feel better about his decisions.
Alcohol is legal for sale. No special Dr. Brown prescription is required.
Pushing the supplement envelop requires special prescriptions, or assuming WADA hasn't banned something yet, so use all that you can without concern.
